At Trendsfort, customer care is our top priority, and we strive to provide both high-quality products and exceptional service. To better serve you, we have implemented an Order Cancellation Policy.
How to Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel a recent order, you must first confirm your request via Email, phone, or WhatsApp. Upon confirmation, you will have 24 hours to verify your identity. If the cancellation request is received within this time frame, we will deduct 35% of the product amount and refund the remaining balance.
If the cancellation request is received after 48 hours, the deduction will increase to 50%, with the rest refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after five days, as our delivery window is typically 4-5 days, making cancellation impractical at that point.
Cancellation During Shipment
Please avoid requesting cancellation after your order has been shipped, as this will extend the process. Instead, you can take advantage of our 30-day return policy, which allows you to return the product within 30 days for a refund.
